It would be handy to have a grid for entering a maintenance schedule.  Various scenarios could be created grouping various items according to the manufacturer's recommendations.  Then a series of columns (where one could enter applicable date and mile targets for the entire group) would tell when a particular group should occur.  Once entered, the maintenance schedule could be populated to look exactly as you now have it formatted.  The same data would be there but this method would speed up the entry process.
