Thank you for your note. If you have a maintenance reminder setup for a specific date or for set mileage - our site in fact does send email reminders either one week prior to the date specified on the reminder, or as soon as your vehicle reaches set mileage. Unfortunately sometimes those reminders end up in the spam box, so we suggest you check it.
Actually if you have a reminder for the service that is now due - you can go and modify it and this will reset notification flag, so that at night our site will email you a new notification.
This may be one way to verify that you are getting your notifications.
Please let us know if that reminder never reaches you.
